Our 65Mn Lock Crimped Vibrating Screen Mesh features unique diamond opening and lock crimp interlocking weave structure. The photo shows 2.5mm wire diameter specification.
This is NOT the common plain crimp square hole wire mesh. The lock crimp pre-bent wires interlock tightly at every crossing point. Under long-term high-frequency vibration on screening machines, the diamond mesh opening stays stable, avoiding mesh shifting, hole distortion and material blinding.
Made from high tensile 65Mn manganese steel, this woven mining screen has superior impact resistance and wear resistance. It is engineered for heavy load dry or wet screening in quarry, stone crushing, aggregate plant and mineral processing.
Custom specifications and framed screen panels can be manufactured according to customer drawings.

Q: What is lock crimp weave? How it differs from normal crimped mesh?
A: Lock crimp uses interlocking pre-crimped wires to lock every crossing point. Our mesh forms stable diamond openings. Ordinary plain crimp mesh is square opening without interlock; it easily shifts and distorts under heavy vibrating screening.
