Our Polywedge Screen Panel (Polyurethane Framed Wedge Wire Screen Panel) combines stainless steel V-shaped wedge wire screening surface with molded polyurethane frame. The sample shown in the photo has a 0.35mm fine slot opening.
This is a wet-process mining screening media, different from lock crimp woven vibrating mesh for coarse stone screening. The wedge wire profile forms non-clogging slot openings; liquid flows through slots while retaining fine solid particles. The integrated PU frame provides vibration cushioning, shock absorption and simple modular installation on
vibrating screen decks.
Widely used in coal washing plants, mineral processing plants, sand fine recovery, tailings dewatering and slurry solid-liquid separation.
