Our Triangle Hole Self-cleaning Mesh (Triangular Opening Self Cleaning Screen) is specially engineered to solve the common pain point: screen blinding and material clogging when screening wet, sticky aggregate, ore, coal, gravel and sand.

Different from heavy framed screen panels, this self-clean mesh does NOT adopt reinforced metal frame. The o polyurethane (PU) strips act only as flexible connectors to fix the high-tensile manganese steel woven wires. The combination of rigid straight wires and zig-zag crimped wires forms unique triangle openings.

When the vibrating screen runs, the steel wires generate differential secondary vibration. The triangular apertures slightly deform continuously during operation, shaking off stuck sticky particles automatically, achieving continuous self-cleaning performance, greatly raising screening efficiency and cutting your machine downtime & screen replacement cost.

Working Principle

Alternating straight rigid wires and curved zigzag wires form triangular openings, held together by flexible PU strips. While the vibrating screen is operating, each steel wire vibrates independently with different amplitude. The triangle holes dynamically change shape, shaking out trapped sticky particles and pebbles, preventing blinding and blockage, maintaining stable screening throughput continuously.
