Our Wedge Wire Filter Screen Cartridge, also known as Johnson V-Wire cylindrical filter screen, is precision welded from V-shaped wedge wire and support rods. It adopts reinforced middle hoop structure and crimped end rims for press-fit installation inside filters and pressure screen equipment.
The continuous uniform slot design delivers excellent anti-blinding and anti-clogging performance. It has high open area, stable slot tolerance, strong abrasion and corrosion resistance, far better anti-blocking effect than woven mesh filter elements. Widely used in pulp & paper pressure screens, self-cleaning filters, wastewater treatment, biogas separation, food starch filtration and mineral fine slurry classification.
We support fully custom outer diameter, length, slot opening and material according to your drawings or samples.
