Vibrating Screen Mesh is made by weaving high-quality manganese steel wire with a diameter range of 1.6mm–12mm, using the embedded (Mn65-Q) weaving technique. This structure eliminates raised intersections between warp and weft, resulting in a flat surface, stable structure, and even stress distribution.
With a hardness of HB180–230, the mesh offers excellent plasticity and toughness. Under strong impact and friction, the surface undergoes work hardening, increasing hardness up to HRC60 or higher, which significantly enhances wear resistance while maintaining internal flexibility.
As the working surface wears down, a new wear-resistant layer naturally forms, extending service life to 4–8 times longer than that of conventional screens. Due to its durability and performance, it is widely applied in large-scale coal mining, as well as in vibrating screens, drum screens, electromagnetic high-frequency screens, and asphalt mixing equipment as a protective mesh.
