Our 65Mn Lock Crimped Vibrating Screen Mesh with Long Slot Rectangular Aperture belongs to lock crimp woven mining screening media, but differs from diamond-opening lock crimp mesh. It features elongated rectangular long-slot openings. Thanks to the long slot design, rock particles can pass smoothly and greatly reduce material blinding/blocking, which is its biggest advantage compared with square mesh. Lock crimp interlocking weave firmly locks every wire intersection point, so the long slot shape remains stable under long-term high-frequency vibration, avoiding mesh deformation and hole shifting.
Manufactured from high tensile 65Mn high manganese steel, this screen cloth delivers outstanding impact resistance and abrasion resistance. It is widely applied for dry screening of crushed stone, aggregate, coal and gravel in quarry, stone crushing plant and coal processing plant. Custom specifications and hooked screen panels for vibrating screen deck mounting are available.
